I-9 Physical Document Verification

To comply with Federal law, each new employee must have their I-9 documents verified in person by their manager. This form is to be completed after you have inspected the employee's original physical documents.

As a reminder:

Each document must be the original version. Photocopies or pictures of the document are not acceptable.
The documents provided must be the same as the documents the employee uploaded to Rippling.
DO NOT RECORD IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS IN THIS FORM. Only record the names of the document (For example, "Social security card" vs. the social security number).
